ALEAFERM B It has good fermentation kinetics and does not have high nutritional requirements. A fructophilic yeast, it respects the aromatic characteristics of the grapes, enhancing their freshness and fruity notes.

Applications

ALEAFERM B It is a yeast suitable for arrested fermentations and re-fermentations. Thanks to its high vigour and particularly short latency phase, it is particularly recommended for masses characterised by strong microbiological contamination and for musts derived from dried grapes.

Recommended Dosages

15-25 g/hl on musts. In case of contaminated musts it is possible to increase the doses of use.
