ALEAFERM PRO-16 is a yeast particularly suitable for the production of medium-structured red wines. Specific for the production of wines with a fruity and spicy aromatic profile, reducing any vegetal notes that may be present in the grapes.
ALEAFERM PRO-16 It is a yeast suitable for the production of aromatic, round and structured red wines even after a period of refinement. It is particularly recommended for the production of ready-to-drink wines.
15-25 g/hl on musts. In case of contaminated musts it is possible to increase the doses of use.
