ALEAFERM GP It is characterized by its vigor and its excellent prevalence capabilities. It provides fresh and fruity fermentation aromas.
ALEAFERM GP It is suitable for fermentation of large masses but also for arrested fermentations and foaming. Given its short latent phase, its use is recommended in all cases where fermentation safety is sought.
15-25 g/hl on musts. In case of contaminated musts it is possible to increase the doses of use.
