AUTOMATIC DOSER
WINEBRAIN® is an integrated winemaking management system that encompasses the best technologies available on the market today.
It is able to automatically manage:

the dosage of liquid organic nutrient ALEAVIT L-MAX or ALEAVIT L-SPARK or ALEAVIT L-TH;
-
the dosage of liquid inorganic nutrient ALEAVIT L-DAP or of a second adjuvant in liquid form such as ALEATAN VINTAGE WHITE;
-
the dosage of oxygen in both the form of macro and micro-oxygenation;
-
the reassemblies or agitations of the mass;
-
the temperature by acting on the valves of the existing refrigeration system (optional).

Each tank / winemaker / autoclave is equipped with a dedicated control panel.
The electronic control, Internet connection systems, dosing systems, as well as a touch display (used only for installation configurations and in case of temporary absence of Internet connection) are housed inside the panel.
A telescopic rod, inserted into the tank through a ball valve and fixed with a DIN or Garolla connection, provides both oxygen and nutrients and, for some applications, integrates density, pressure and temperature sensors.
The sintered stainless steel diffuser, together with a proprietary vibration dosing software, allows to regulate the oxygen flow during fermentation with great precision and continuity. It is possible to use the same system also during the refinement phase.
