General characteristics

Aleadet MN is a low-foaming alkaline cleaner for the removal of organic and inorganic contamination from UF and MF membranes in the wine, brewery and beverage industries.

Aleadet MN is a liquid caustic detergent also suitable for use with very hard water. It is a high performance detergent, tested and approved for use on all types of UF and MF membranes tolerant to high temperatures.

Aleadet MN It is highly effective for the removal of all types of organic and inorganic contamination from MF and UF membranes in the wine and brewing industry, ensuring the restoration of the original flux levels. If conditions require, it can be used in combination with peroxide-based products such as Aleadet MN (typically 20 to 50% of the Aleadet MN dose).

Aleadet MN It is easily rinseable, ensuring water savings and reduced rinsing times.

Instructions for Use

Recommended concentration: 1 – 3 % P/P (Kg/100 Kg)

                                                   Equal to 0,8 – 2,3 v/v (L/100L)

Recommended MAX temperature: 50-60°C

Recommended contact time: 20-60 minutes

 

Temperature and concentration are synergistic parameters. At high temperatures reduce the concentration. Increase the concentration in case of cold washing or for low contact times.

It is advisable to check the membrane manufacturer's specifications regarding tolerated pH and temperature beforehand.

 

Rinse thoroughly and thoroughly after the wash cycle to remove any residue.
