Sanitizing powder based on Potassium Permanganate and Sodium Hydrogen Sulphate.
Appearance: white powder.
ALEADET GRAP S guarantees a high sanitizing activity in the removal of most vegetative forms of microorganisms. It can be applied after the surfaces have been thoroughly cleaned and rinsed.
ALEADET GRAP S It is suitable for manual, immersion or spray applications.
ALEADET GRAP S can be used on wood, stainless steel, galvanized iron, Teflon, polyethylene, resins, synthetic coatings in general and rubber.
Barrique Cleaning – Tonneaux – maceration – 2-20 g/L (0.2-2%)
Cleaning of vats and barrels – recirculation washing – 10-50 g/L (1-5%)
Reassembly applications: prepare the solution (1-5%) with filtered and possibly softened water at room temperature. Wash in recirculation for 20-40 minutes. Then, rinse thoroughly with drinking water.
Maceration applications: prepare the solution (0.2-2%) with filtered and possibly softened water at room temperature. Completely fill the container to be washed and leave in contact for 12-24 hours depending on the concentration, temperature and degree of encrustation to be removed. Empty the container, then rinse thoroughly with drinking water.
All solutions containing ALEADET GRAP S must be thoroughly rinsed after use from all surfaces that come into contact with food and drink.
If washing causes a blue/purple colouring of the surfaces, we recommend rinsing with a 2-5% SO solution.2.
