ALEADET 4 is a highly caustic liquid detergent with high effectiveness and high foam control suitable for CIP applications, tank washing, bottle and container washing, spray washing in the wine, brewery and beverage industries. ALEADET 4 It is a liquid caustic detergent suitable for use with medium-low hardness water. ALEADET 4 It is highly effective in removing a wide range of organic deposits and helps prevent limescale deposition following washing. ALEADET 4 contains specific surfactants for foam control, ensuring water savings and reduced rinsing times.
Recommended concentration: 1 – 10 % P/P (Kg/100 Kg)Equal to approximately 0,7 – 7 v/v (L/100L)
Recommended MAX temperature: 80°C Recommended contact time: 20-60 minutes
Temperature and concentration are synergistic parameters. At high temperatures reduce the concentration. Increase the concentration in case of cold washing or for low contact times. Rinse thoroughly and thoroughly after the washing cycle to eliminate any residue. If required, dab with Aleadet RINSE.
