ALEA BLACK COMPACT It is an activated carbon extruded in cylinders dispersible in food liquids. It derives from a mixture of activated carbon with high decolorizing power and food grade binding agents. These properties make it extremely easy to handle, easy to use and avoid the release of dust during the treatment of drinks such as: wine, vinegar, fruit juices, etc.
ALEA BLACK COMPACT It is indicated for the decolorization and deodorization of musts and wines.
From 10 to 100 g/hl, depending on needs.
It is recommended to make fractional additions until the desired color is obtained.
EC Legal Limit 100 g/hl
To disperse ALEA BLACK COMPACT in a fraction of the must or wine to be treated and incorporate into the mass by pumping over. Maintain agitation for at least 30 minutes. Minimum contact time 2 hours.
