ALEAGEL FISH it is a clarifying agent based on Fish Gelatin.
In the clarification of wine, ALEAGEL FISH It allows for an organoleptic improvement and an improvement in the filterability of the product, while at the same time reducing the quantity of sediment present on the bottom of the tank attributable to the clarification process.
The use of ALEAGEL FISH in the clarification of white and rosé wines it allows the reduction of the phenolic parts responsible for bitter and herbaceous hints, contributing to the organoleptic improvement of the treated wine. In combination with Bentonite and Silica Gel it helps to accelerate the clarification processes favoring the obtaining of brilliant wines.
From 1 to 10 g/hl on wines.
To melt ALEAGEL FISH in water, in a ratio of 1:50, then add to the mixture, taking care to mix thoroughly.
