Alea BLACK
DUST
Activated oenological carbon with bleaching activity
Appearance: black amorphous powder.
ALEA BLACK It is a highly pure vegetable carbon with a very high decolorizing power. Its decolorizing effectiveness is due to its great affinity with polyphenols, the coloring component of wines. ALEA BLACK It is particularly active even at low doses of use, does not require long contact times and sediments easily, especially if combined with other clarifying agents to facilitate sedimentation.
Furthermore ALEA BLACK It can be effectively added to musts and fermenting red wines to reduce the content of fungal toxins (ochratoxin A).
ALEA BLACK It is indicated for the decolorization of musts and wines, for the preventive and curative treatment of oxidative phenomena and for the reduction of toxins of fungal origin also on red wines.
