PVPP, potassium caseinate, silica gel.
Appearance: white-beige powder. ALEACLAR PINK is a complex clarifying agent that performs a selective adsorption action on the main substances responsible for phenolic instability.
In wines, the treatment with Aleaclar PINK allows, thanks to the contribution of the casein fraction, the complete elimination of leucoanthocyanins and catechins, responsible for the golden-yellow colour, improving the tone of white and rosé wines.
PVPP has an adsorbent action on leucoanthocyanins and oxidized catechins, improving the tone of treated wines. This allows to reduce the doses of any additional decolorizing treatments, with obvious advantages on the aroma of the finished product.
The use of Aleaclar PINK on wines after alcoholic fermentation ensures a selective cleaning of the unstable components of the wine, eliminating the phenolic fractions susceptible to oxidation during normal racking and wine processing.
In combination with Silica Gel it helps to accelerate the clarification processes, promoting the obtaining of brilliant wines.
From 10 to 100 g/hl in fermenting musts
From 20 to 200 g/hl on wines
MAX dose: 200 g/hl (maximum PVPP limit allowed 80 g/hl)
Dissolve in water in a ratio of 1:20, under continuous stirring, leaving to rehydrate for 2-3 hours; add directly to the wine in a homogeneous manner. For maximum effectiveness, it is recommended to proceed with the introduction into the liquid to be treated gradually and continuously, using a Venturi tube or dosing pump.
