Partially galloylated proanthocyanidin tannin, of medium-low molecular weight, extracted from seeds of Vitis vinifera certified organic. Obtained from organic raw materials.
The highly structuring and antioxidant proanthocyanidin nature of Aleatan NATUGRAPE regulates the oxidation-reduction potential of the wine, preventing or blocking free radicals, thus protecting the correct evolution of the wine.
Contrary to the grape seed tannins present in wine, Aleatan NATUGRAPE It does not add any herbaceous, dry or excessively astringent notes.
Aleatan NATUGRAPE contributes to the stabilization of the color of red wines, actively participating in the condensation reaction of anthocyanins (red pigments) both directly and through an ethanal bridge.
Aleatan NATUGRAPE It is an excellent antioxidant and demonstrates an important activity in contrasting oxidase enzymes, especially in grapes affected by Botrytis cinerea.

Aleatan NATUGRAPE dissolves directly in water or in the wine to be treated. It is recommended to carefully homogenize the product in the mass. Do not put in contact with iron or copper containers.
