ALEACLAR NATUPRO it's a clarifying agent ALLERGEN FREE based on obtained through a natural extraction process (from non-genetically modified peas).

Applications

In musts before fermentation, treatment with ALEACLAR NATUPRO assists the flotation and sedimentation processes. In white and rosé must, the action of vegetal proteins allows a selective absorption of oxidized and oxidizable fractions, contributing to an organoleptic improvement of the product.

The use of ALEACLAR NATUPRO in association with silica gel and/or bentonite, it allows a clarifying action on the oxidized fractions, consequently improving the aromatic bouquet and the color of the treated wine, while reducing the risks of over-coldness deriving from clarification with traditional methods.

Recommended Dosages

From 10 to 40 g/hl in musts and refermentation. From 5 to 30 g/hl on wines.

Instructions for Use

To disperse ALEACLAR NATUPRO in water, in a 1:10 ratio, shaking well to avoid lumps forming, then add to the mixture, taking care to mix thoroughly.
