Appearance: beige powder, with a yeasty odor.
ALEAVIT NATUSAL It is a fermentation activator to be added to the alcoholic fermentation; it provides ammoniacal nitrogen, minerals, sterols, amino acids, peptides and vitamins in an assimilable form, promoting the metabolism of the yeasts.
ALEAVIT NATUSAL contributes to a rapid and regular alcoholic fermentation, reducing the risk of fermentation arrests or slowdowns in the presence of inhibitory factors or in cases of nutritional deficiencies in the starting musts.
The use of ALEAVIT NATUSAL it is recommended to obtain regular alcoholic fermentations and to optimize the fermentation process of the yeasts.
Its use is recommended in cases of excessively clear musts and in all cases of stunted fermentation due to nutritional deficiencies or the presence of factors that inhibit yeast metabolism.
It is recommended to make fractional additions of ALEAVIT NATUSAL, at 1/3 and 2/3 of the alcoholic fermentation.
From 20 to 30 g/hl, depending on the needs
10 g/hl of ALEAVIT NATUSAL provide approximately 15 mg/l of APA
30 g/hl of ALEAVIT NATUSAL provide the maximum limit of thiamine permitted in the EC (60 mg/hl) for a single addition
