Alea CELL
DUST
Homogeneous mixture of cellulose fibres (100%).
Appearance: white powder.
ALEA CELL It has suspending and detoxifying characteristics. In fermenting musts it is able to adsorb and therefore remove medium chain fatty acids (in particular C8C10) and their esters, molecules that have been identified as responsible for inhibition processes against yeasts and which therefore promote stuck fermentations. It acts as a suspending agent for yeasts.
In fermentation to improve the fermentation process
• During stuck fermentations
• In the foaming process
From 10 to 20 g/hl during fermentation and stuck fermentations.
To disperse ALEA CELL in water or must in a 1:10 ratio. Homogenize carefully and add to the mass to be treated, preferably with a Venturi tube or dosing pump during pumping over.
