ALEAFIN TEXTURE READY is a refining aid based on specific strains of selected inactivated yeasts. The strains used have been specifically selected for their high content of readily available mannoproteins and oligosaccharides, as well as nucleic acids and sapid oligopeptides.
Its use during the refinement phase as a replacement or addition to the natural fine lees of the wine allows for an increase in the volume perceived in the mouth, in the complexity of the taste and, above all, in persistence and flavour.
ALEAFIN TEXTURE READY It is an adjuvant for refinement indicated for applications on red and white wines that require an improvement in structure, volume in the mouth and length and persistence of taste.
