Born from the idea of two oenologists who have been working in the world of technological adjuvants and biotechnologies applied to wine and food for decades, Alea Evolution presents itself as a new and dynamic reality that offers adjuvants, additives and biotechnologies for food and wine use.
Alea Evolution wants to put all the experience and professionalism of its staff at the disposal of its customers, to propose itself as a partner to all those who are constantly looking for technologies and ideas for process optimization and quality improvement, without ever losing sight of the organoleptic characteristics of the product in which the roots of the traditions and food and wine culture of our country are sunk.
Our path
2009
From an idea of two oenologists, was born Alea Evolution srl, presented as a new and dynamic company that offers adjuvants, additives and biotechnologies for the food and wine sectors.
2010
The continuous search for Quality allows us to obtain the UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 certification, confirming the reliability and professionalism that distinguish it.
2011
He decides to expand the business, for the first time in South Africa.
2013
Alea Evolution obtains Organic Certification as a preparation company and the Green Line is born.
2014
The Production Department has been planned and created.
2015
It obtains the Organic Certification as a Preparation Company and the Green Line is born, in order to offer an increase in Quality and Reliability.
2016
In 2016, the increase in objectives achieved leads the Company to the first expansion of the Production Site (+250 m2).
2017
Gets BRC, IFS (the higher standard for Food Safety Certifications) and ISO 9001:2015 Certifications, confirming the continuous attention to the needs of the market and of its customers.
2018
The increase in achieved objectives leads the Company to the second expansion of the Production Site (+400 m2).
2019
The increase in objectives achieved leads the Company to the third expansion of the Production Site (+200 m2) and to the updating of the equipment with a new packaging line, a new blender and the creation of WineBrain®: an integrated winemaking management system.
2020
2022
First participation as an exhibitor at the SIMEI Expo in Milan.
2023
Commercial expansion in foreign markets, such as France, Greece and Cyprus.
